What should I expect during my session?

Upon arrival, we'll begin with a brief consultation where we'll discuss any specific issues or areas of concern you may have. This helps us better tailor your massage to your needs. 

Afterwards, the therapist will leave the room, allowing you a few minutes to dress down to your comfort level and get onto the table. You will be draped with clean, comfortable sheets throughout the session to ensure your privacy and comfort. The table heat will be adjusted to your liking. Your choice of oil or cream will be offered. 

The therapist will use a variety of techniques to address muscle tension, promote relaxation, and improve circulation. If at any time you feel discomfort or have preferences regarding pressure or technique, communicate this with us and we'll adjust accordingly.

After the session, the therapist will leave the room and give you a few minutes to get up slowly and dress. You'll then be provided with water as well as any recommendations for aftercare we may have for you.

We strive to make each session a rejuvenating and healing experience, tailored specifically to your needs and preferences.

What is your location and hours?

We are conveniently located at 2 Crane Park Dr. in Wilbraham, MA. This is a small brick building in front of the town library, just off Main St.

When you arrive, please park either in front of the building or in the rear parking lot. Proceed to the front door, where the ramp and flag pole are. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your appointment time.

We are currently open by appointment only.

What is your cancellation policy?

A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card information is securely retained on file but will not be charged unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

What payment methods do you offer?

We take all major credit/debit cards, cash and Venmo, and process through our secure Vagaro website. We do not accept insurance at this time. While tipping is not required, it is always greatly appreciated.
